Goals can have a way of intimidating us or motivating us… the only difference is in how we choose to react to them. Its funny actually, something we create, intended for our own benefit, is often the Mount Everest of our business life.

Today, your action step is deceptively simple. Take a sheet of paper and draw a line right down the middle, from top to bottom. On the left side, write your goals. On the right side, make a list of all the things on your to-do list this week. Now, draw a line from every to-do item to each goal. When you’re done, circle the items that don’t support a goal AND GET RID OF THEM!
