Are Your Afraid? Then You’re Doing It Right!

Fear is a pretty powerful emotion, one that originates in our brain stem and is designed to keep us alive when things get bad.

But that’s an excuse. I mean really, why are you afraid to get up in front of a bunch of people who WANT to hear what you have to say? Irrational, right? Maybe, but the most common fear among adults is the fear of public speaking. (Notice I said adults. Kids don’t have this fear.)
