Are Your In the 92 Percent?

businessHELP

“Sometimes when people are under stress, they hate to think, and it’s the time when they most need to think.”
-Bill Clinton

It is very easy to withdraw and “focus on what we know” or just “work harder” when we are faced with stress. The problem is, as business owners, we can be faced with stressful situations on a daily basis. We can’t withdraw or ignore the problem every day… what do we do? Maybe this morning’s episode will help.

Your Action Steps

All this week we will be talking about stress, facing it down, and thinking our way out of it. So your action step for today is to identify the single most stressful issues you face in your business. You’ll need that the rest of the week as we talk about how to solve three of the most stress-creating problems a business will have.

Show Notes:
During today’s episode I mentioned an article on WebMD about stress and some of the ways it can impact you physically. Here is a link to the article:

The Time Is NOW

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.”
–Steve Jobs

As we wrap up a whole week of talking about time and how it impacts our business life, we consider these words from Steve and realize that TIME is the only resource we can never get a refill on. Let’s listen…

Your Action Steps

We’ve spent our time together this week working through some exercises to help identify opportunities to improve our time management skills and hopefully gain some control over time. You only have one action step left this week…

DO IT!

Yep, that’s it, just start. IMPLEMENT the techniques we talked about and YOU can begin to find the time you’ve been missing. And don’t forget, real wealth is measured in time, not dollars! How wealthy are you?

Have a great Friday and a great weekend, I’ll talk to you again Monday!
